NZ Video Professionals is a social networking site for people working within in the New Zealand Video Production industry. The following is a code of conduct which must be adhered to by all members to ensure fair and enjoyable networking experience for all users. Any members pushing the boundaries or not working within the NZVP Code of Conduct will be removed from the network. .

Behavior

Behave as though everyone in here is your friend - Be considerate and conscious of others - don't dislcose information about someone without his or her consent. - Only send invitations and share content with people you know who and would be genuinely interested. - Play nice and be respectful, no matter what the situation.

Uploading Content

Uploaded Video and Photo content must be in context with the site. ie: Must be of a context that you have created and wish to share with others - Content that you do not own must have the expressed permission from the copyright owner for use on NZVP and be credited as such - Copyrighted film, television, or is not permitted anywhere on our site and will be removed. -Television news or documentary segments are not permitted. If you are the producer of a segment or have created a demo reel, this information must be added to the description area of your video..

No adult-themed videos or pornography No violent, hateful, or defamatory videos. No videos depicting harm or exploitation of minors.

Advertising

This site is exsists to share and showcase some of your own work that you are proud of. In no circumstances may you advertise a product or service on NZVP. You may self-promote by sharing showreels or write a blog about yourself but advertising is not allowed. You may contact NZVP to discuss adverting needs by email..

Spam

As with any networking site where you are dealing with large number of unkowns from all parts of the world, we all need to be vigilant and be aware of spammers. NZVP has measures in place to deal with suspected spamming but if you are receiving direct emails from NZVP members that you suspect are spam please contact us so we can investgate and remove them from the site. We will in no way tolerate direct emails to fellow members advertising products or services.

NZVP reserves the right to remove and delete the account of any members that do not respect and adhere to the above conditions
